Our unique rent structure allows beginners to use the facility at a lower cost while limiting the total amount of rent that will be paid on established trainers. Simply put, it provides a range of rent based on your demand of the facility. We do this by charging a flat rate of $80 per client, per month. For example, if you're starting with 4 clients, your rent for the month would be $320. With each client you add, your monthly rent increases by $80. If and when you reach your 10th client, the rent is limited to $800 for the month, and there is no limit to the number of clients you can have - your rent will still be capped at $800 for the month.
This also adjusts the rent if you lose clients. For example, if you have 10 clients and paid $800 in February but you lose two clients (down to 8 total clients), your March rent would be $640.
It keeps the monthly rent flexible as your business changes: The more clients you have using the facility, the more you pay.
Our rent structure allows you flexibility to offer things like a free session for a new potential client, without having to pay for it. When you add a new client during the month, your rent will increase the following month.
No. You can train any client as often and for as long as you want.
No. The rent is paid by the trainers, not by the clients. We never collect any personal information from your clients either.
We want to provide as much predictability and stability to your business as we can, so our promise is that when you start training at Fitness 48, the amount you pay per client per month will not change for 12 months from your start date.
Yes. As trainers ourselves, we don't want to train our clients in an overly crowded environment, so we do limit the number of overall trainers. We take our business seriously and do so for everyone else, too, and limiting the number of trainers helps protect everyone's enjoyment of the facility - including the clients.
All we require is a 30-day written notice to cancel. On your last day, you return your facility key and you're good to go.
